South Korea court rules for Apple in Samsung patent dispute
[JURIST] A judge for South Korea's Seoul Central District Court on Thursday dismissed an attempt by Samsung to bans sales of certain Apple [corporate websites] products in the country. Samsung claimed that Apple had infringed three patents with products such as the iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 and iPad2, seeking 100 million won (USD $95,100) in damages.
