Rajaratnam’s Little Brother Awaits Important Insider Trading Ruling
The younger brother of convicted hedge fund manager Raj Rajaratnam will likely have to wait for an appeals court’s decision in an important insider trading case before he knows if a federal judge will dismiss the insider charges against him.
