Bouchard Nominated to Lead Delaware Court of Chancery

Delaware Gov. Jack Markell has nominated private corporate litigator Andre G. Bouchard to become the next Court of Chancery chancellor. Bouchard, the managing partner of Bouchard Margules & Friedlander, is expected to be confirmed for the chancellor vacancy that was created when former Chancellor Leo E. Strine Jr. was promoted to state Supreme Court chief justice.
