DOJ: Ex-SAC Trader Shouldn’t Access Witness Communications
Mathew Martoma, the former SAC Capital Advisors LP trader at the center of one of the most lucrative insider-trading schemes ever charged, shouldn’t have access to communications between the government's main witness against him and the witness’s lawyer, prosecutors said in a court filing Monday.
