After a Productive Two Years, Hank Morris Wins His Freedom

Hank Morris, former political consultant who went to prison for his role in a pay-to-play scheme at New York’s public pension fund, will walk free by the beginning of June, state officials said. Beyond his account of his productivity, Mr. Morris listed five lessons he’s absorbed in prison, according to a transcript of his parole hearing.
