Am Law Firms Eager for IPO Rebound in 2013
With companies such as Bright Horizons Family Solutions and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings coming to market with initial public offerings this month, might better times be around the bend for corporate lawyers? Maybe so. According to Renaissance Capital, which tracks IPO filings in the U.S., January 2013 is poised to be the second-most active January of the past decade, trailing only the IPO market's peak in January 2006.
