In Securities Suits, HP Turns to Trusted Morgan Lewis — Again

Morgan Lewis partner Marc Sonnenfeld has confirmed he will represent HP in federal class actions that accuse HP executives of breaching their fiduciary duties and grossly overpaying for Autonomy in an $11.1 billion transaction. Sonnenfeld's role shows his firm's long relationship with HP remains intact despite the firm's representation of Autonomy on antitrust issues during the deal.
