Siding With Apple, Koh Won't Dissolve Injunction on Samsung Tablet For Now

U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh is taking a wait-and-see approach on the first major question of how to implement a jury's searing verdict against Samsung in its patent showdown with Apple. In an order Monday, Koh wrote that she lacked jurisdiction to end a preliminary injunction blocking importation and U.S. sales of Samsung's Galaxy 10.1 tablet.
