Delaware Lawyers Move Against Fee-Shifting Bylaws

A group of Delaware lawyers that makes legislative recommendations is proposing an amendment that would bar bylaws that shift legal fees to shareholders who sue companies and lose, according to a letter viewed by The Wall Street Journal.
