UN rights chief condemns attacks by Yemen armed forces

[JURIST] UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay [official website] on Wednesday condemned [news release] attacks in Al Dhale Governorate by Yemeni armed forces, which are disproportionately affecting civilians.
