Northern Cyprus becomes final European state to decriminalize homosexuality

[JURIST] The Parliament of Turkish-controlled Northern Cyprus [official website, in Turkish] passed a bill decriminalizing homosexual relations between men [text, PDF, in Turkish], making it the last European territory to do so.
