Legal Ethics Experts Split on Stop-and-Frisk Order
Only but once or twice a year do we see a federal appeals court remove a federal judge from a case for an alleged ethical lapse, or the appearance of one. Usually, it happens in less conspicuous cases than the challenge to the New York Police Department's stop-and-frisk program.
