5th Circuit Won't Recuse Judge for Allegedly 'Bigoted' Comments
Days before the 5th Circuit declined to recuse U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes for making allegedly biased statements in a pre-trial conference, Hughes issued an opinion explaining his comments about swastikas, Hitler, Eleanor Roosevelt and diversity directors.
