NCAA Can Stop School From Using Indian Mascot, Court Says

A federal appeals court has upheld the National Collegiate Athletic Association's bar against the University of North Dakota's use of the Fighting Sioux name, logo and imagery, ruling that the policy doesn't illegally interfere with the school's deal with tribes about the name.
